The investment by Penta Real Estate is estimated at approximately CZK 20 billion. Construction is expected to begin in 2028, with the first phase scheduled for completion around 2031. Upon signing the reservation agreement, the buyer shall pay a non-refundable reservation deposit of CZK 200,000.
The selected unit will be reserved for 22 business days from the date the payment is received.
The buyer shall then pay a deposit equal to 20% of the purchase price, with the reservation deposit credited toward this amount.
Subsequently, the parties will enter into a Preliminary Purchase Agreement, and the final Purchase Agreement shall be concluded no later than 44 business days after the reservation.
Alternatively, the buyer may proceed directly to the Purchase Agreement and pay the full purchase price in a single payment.
